1. Application of Terms

All purchases made from Cindy Brewty Photography are and will be subject to Cindy Brewty Photography’s terms and conditions of sale.

2. Gift Cards/vouchers

Gift cards/vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (as per Australian consumer law). However, prices of products & services can increase during that period, so it is advisable that the gift card be redeemed within 12 months.

The Gift cards/vouchers is not transferable & cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

The Gift cards/vouchers can be topped up & redeemed with a higher value service or product but is limited to 1 use only – so only one service or product.

Redemption of gift voucher certificates is subject to Cindy Brewty Photography’s studio availability and other bookings. 

Agreed location for the session will be no more than 20km radius from Brisbane city.

Gift cards/ vouchers can only be used for new orders and cannot be used as a credit towards of previously purchased products or services which took place prior to date of issue of the gift voucher; 

Prior to session Client & Photographer will sign a service agreement in relation to the session.

3. Re-scheduling & Cancellations

Please be aware that you will forfeit your session fee if you: 

  • Reschedule more than once.  
  • Don’t provide 72 hours-notice of the changed session. 
  • Don’t turn up to a scheduled session. 
  • Cancel (not reschedule) your original session.
  • Any Client that is late arriving to the session will only have the remaining amount of time allotted for the session. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the Client 
  • Any gift voucher that you may have presented for redemption for the appointment will be deemed to have been fully used.
