Once you confirm that you wish to book me for your big day, and the contract is signed, I will send you an invoice. I require a $200 retainer to block the date off in my calendar. The balance will be due 5 days before the day of the wedding.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, Afterpay or just a direct deposit.
Probably as soon as you possibly can. Once you pay the retainer, I block off that date in my calendar. I only accept a limited number of weddings for the year, so its pretty much on a first come, first serve basis. And it’s also good to keep in mind that many photographers get booked out 12 months in advance.
Covid sucks & I understand how much anxiety it can create in planning your big day. If in the event your big day gets affected by a Covid situation, I will just transfer your retainer to when your wedding can be rescheduled.
Absolutely. Whether it’s in person or via skype/zoom or facetime, I feel its important to get to know each other a little & discuss our expectations of the day. I also, like discuss the timeline of events & any special requests for photos.
Yes, because I will need to know that your venue location is within the area I work in. It will be nearly impossible for me to process our contractual arrangements without knowing this piece of information.
I will provide you with a sneak peak of a few photos within a couple of days from the wedding.
The whole gallery will be available for you to download in 4-6 weeks via a password protected online gallery. You will be able to share the password with family & close friends as well.
